2 egg whites lightly beaten
2 teaspoon cayenne pepper ground
2 teaspoon Mixed dried herbs
1 tablespoon garlic salt
2 teaspoon paprika
4 cup (1 lb.) walnut halves

Coat a large, shallow baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray. Mix egg whites with spices. Stir in walnuts; coat thoroughly. Spread in prepared pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven 15 to 18 minutes, or until dry and crisp. Cool completely. Makes 4 cups.
